I am responsible for the “back-office” functions that ensure projects progress smoothly. I handle billing operations, financial management of subcontractors, contract management, and internal reporting. I also provide project support to Project Managers. If I do my job correctly on a project, I may never have the privilege of meeting the client. However, I welcome the opportunity to get to know clients, contractors, sub-consultants, and potential employees, so I can help tailor processes that meet specific needs.
